We are a discovery platform only. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any of the services listed, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use BestPeople. By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

5. Listings for professionals

If you list your services on BestPeople, you agree that:

• All information in your listing, including your name, qualifications, experience, service areas, and pricing, is accurate, current, and not misleading.
• You hold any licences, certifications, or registrations required by law for the services you offer.
• You will respond to enquiries honestly and will not use contact details obtained through BestPeople to send unsolicited marketing.
• You will not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or that infringes another person's rights.
• We may edit, refuse, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are incomplete, misleading, or that breach these terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, copy, or resell data from the site without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or other users' accounts.
• Do not post fake reviews, false enquiries, or spam.
• Do not upload malware or any code designed to disrupt the site.
• Do not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

7. No endorsement or verification

While we may carry out basic checks, listing a professional on BestPeople is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of their skills, licensing, or the quality of their work. You are responsible for making your own enquiries and for verifying credentials, insurance, and pricing before engaging a professional.

8. Payments

BestPeople does not process payments for services arranged between you and a professional. Any pricing, invoicing, refund, or dispute about the services themselves is strictly between you and the professional.

9. Intellectual property

The BestPeople name, logo, design, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written consent. By submitting content to the site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote that content in connection with the service.

10. Disclaimers

BestPeople is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dombivli, Maharashtra, India.
